Addressing the two major pain points of space sand—“shaping ability” and “fineness”—the factory has developed a proprietary process: through special grinding technology, the sand particles are made uniform in diameter between 0.1-0.3 millimeters. Coupled with food-grade binders, this allows the space sand to be easily molded into three-dimensional shapes without collapsing when released, while also being non-sticky to the hands and non-powdery. After play, it can be easily cleaned with a tissue, completely solving the cleaning challenges of traditional sand toys.
